Placing an Order
When placing your order online please make sure that you either LOG IN or if you are a new customer CREATE AN ACCOUNT on the Checkout page. That way you will be sure to receive updates about the progress of your order and more importantly when it has been shipped.
Please note that internet offers are only available online and not over the phone. For example, either telephone orders or wholesale orders can’t qualify for FREE DELIVERY.
We are open for business 24/7 when ordering online. We also employ a staff of customer service representatives who are available to answer your questions and assist you with orders Saturday- Thursday from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm eastern time, excluding national holidays.
We source the products globally and hold the highest quality standards of freshness and quality. To ensure that you receive all your products in optimal condition, we carefully pack them in bag and maintain same temperature up to your location by our hygiene temperature controlled vehicle. This packaging is designed to maintain full product freshness while in transit.
We are authorized to deliver the product with the different supportive payment option like: Online Payment| Cash on Delivery| Credit Card swipe at site.
All of our food products is packed, and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving full payment. All product is sent by next day delivery. If there is nobody home to accept your delivery our team advised to leave it in a safe place for you. We do not take responsibility for any incorrect information that you have given regarding delivery dates and address.
Our products are subject to availability due to weather and seasonal variations. We reserve the right to make changes to its pricing to reflect changes in market supply. We pledge to make the customer aware of any changes as soon as it is possible.
Product Availability and Out-Of-Stock Items
We regularly update our site so it shows the current availability of items. However, as we do also service wholesale customers who can make large purchases at times, sometimes we may run out of stock of an item. If any item is out of stock then it will be mentioned in our product display/cart page.
Despatch – Order content, weights and sizes
All orders are prepared to exact requirements as far as possible. All weights and pack sizes are as accurate as possible but may vary due to the handmade nature of our products rather than being machine produced. Every order value will be the same or in excess of the total paid to ensure variations in weights or quantities are made up on other products ordered.
We appreciate you are busy so your order will be bought straight to your front door in the comfort of your home. We will contact you on the number you provided us the day before your delivery with a 2 hour delivery slot. Occasionally a product may be unavailable on the day of your delivery, we will then contact you about a substitute as a close alternative to your original choice.
We use a reputably handling our own vehicle for our logistics operations. Our logistic team deliveries to ensure all orders are delivered in good condition and in the time stated. However, problems may occasionally occur due to circumstances out of their control. Please immediately report with us by email/phone if you faced any kind of issues in our deliveries.
In the event that your order has not arrived on your chosen delivery day and time, please contact us and we will try and contact the delivery driver for an update on the delivery progress. He may be held up due to traffic, weather etc. Be assured that during any delay your order will be kept chilled in the insulation hygiene vehicle.
If your parcel doesn’t arrive within 48 hrs of being despatched we will arrange to send you a new delivery or refund the value of the goods.
If your item has been damaged during delivery to the extent that the contents have been affected please do not take delivery and contact us immediately. Minor wear and tear to the parcel should not affect the contents of the parcel and it will be safe to take delivery.
If the parcel is left as instructed we take no responsibility for loss or damage.
If an item is in unsatisfactory condition (i.e. faulty product and only if the parcel has been received in good condition, within 48 hrs. of despatch and refrigerated on receipt), please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to replace the item. If this is not possible we will refund the value.
CancellationsIf you wish to cancel an order once it has been processed please contact us as soon as possible. We will endeavour to postpone an order for another delivery date. However, we are unable to cancel orders on the day of despatch.
